Day to Night
A Story
with Two
Sides
Duale was created around a simple idea: one welcoming place that could move naturally with the day. A neighborhood café for morning coffee, pastries, breakfast, and relaxed lunches—transforming after dark into a modern kitchen with vibrant dishes made for the table. Rooted in Latin flavors and shaped by the energy of Miami, Duale brings together thoughtful food, warm hospitality, and two distinct moods under one roof. Different moments, one place—always Duale.
Our Heritage
Dualé was born from a singular conviction: that the most profound pleasures are always artisanal. Founded in Miami in 2018, we draw from the depth of Peruvian culinary tradition — a heritage that spans pre-Columbian fermentation, colonial pastry craft, and the vibrant contemporary gastronomy of Lima — and bring it to the tables, offices, and celebrations of South Florida.
Our kitchen does not follow trends. We work with cold-pressed oils, heritage grain flours, and relationships with Peruvian ingredient importers built over years of trust. Every empanada, every tarte, every celebration cake is a direct expression of that commitment — to the craft, to the ingredients, and to the people sharing the table.
Today, Dualé operates three Miami locations — in Brickell, Wynwood, and Coral Gables — and a full commercial catering kitchen. We serve breakfast, afternoon pastries, and custom event orders seven days a week. Every recipe remains handwritten, every product made that morning.
"To eat well is an act of memory. Every bite at Dualé connects you to the markets of Miraflores, the bakeries of Barranco, and the kitchen tables of Lima."
The Craft
Every morning at 4 AM, our bakers begin the first proof. By 7 AM, the empanadas are crimped by hand, one by one. By 9 AM, the mille-feuille is assembled to order. There is no holding oven. There is no reheating. Everything is made for today.
This rhythm — the precision, the patience, the absolute refusal to cut corners — is the inheritance we carry forward from our founders’ training in Lima and Paris. It is the reason each product tastes unmistakably of a specific time and place: this morning, in Miami.
